Are you feeling overwhelmed or anxious about giving birth?
Most women experience stress and uncertainty as they approach their due date. It’s completely normal to worry about pain, complications, or simply the unknown. But guess what? It doesn’t have to be that way.
The truth is, without the right knowledge and preparation, childbirth can feel like a chaotic rollercoaster.
You want to feel in control. You want to feel confident. But that’s hard to do when you don’t know what to expect or how to prepare.
Imagine going into labour feeling scared, confused, or panicked. It’s not just uncomfortable—it can lead to a birth experience that leaves you feeling disempowered or even traumatised.
Our Full Antenatal Course is designed to transform how you approach childbirth—taking you from uncertainty to empowerment. Whether it’s your first baby or you’re adding to your growing family, this course gives you the tools, tips, and insider knowledge to not just survive birth—but to OWN it.
You deserve to have an empowered, confident birth experience.
Join the Full Antenatal Course today, and take the first step toward your best birth.
This course is a one-stop-shop to help prepare you for welcoming your little bundle(s) of joy into this world. It doesn’t matter what your birth plan is, we cover all the relevant topics and encourage you to watch everything because life happens and so do birth plans and then you have the necessary background to make better informed decisions. Remember that this is your baby and your birth and you have a say and it matters!
We also talk about the reality of childbirth and how we should manage expectations if things don’t turn out the way we expected them to. Take care of yourself and your little one(s) and we will make sure that you have all the information you need. The products I use to demonstrate are local products so you can just replace these with the available products in your area.
Designed for first-time parents but all parents-to-be are welcome to join for a refresher!

Motherhood is beautiful but it is definitely not all baby cuddles and soft music in the background. It gets messy and I am here to help prepare you so that you know what to expect and not get taken by surprise. The lessons are honest, realistic and evidence-based with a bit of humour because that is the only way to survive parenthood 😉
My goal is to equip new parents for this journey as much as possible because it is one wild ride but the most amazing experience I have ever had, and I want you to have all the information you need to get off to a great start.
It is a pre-recorded course with videos of between a 1- 10 minutes long that you can watch on your own time and at your own pace. Your partner is welcome to join and you can rewatch at any time.

Please note that I am not in a position to offer any advice or medical diagnosis to your current pregnancy as I have not examined you personally. However, I am always just an email away if you have any burning questions in general or want to connect if you need a shoulder to lean on.
Consider asking on mommy support groups, Google or friends/family for referrals to someone that specialises in postpartum maternal health and/or depression. It is important to reach out if you feel like you are not coping and get the necessary help.
Unfortunately I am not able to offer in-person classes due to my family and work commitments. I assure you that you will find all the relevant information in this course and you are still welcome to send me a mail with more questions if you have.
Uhm yes … pregnancy and childbirth follow the same process regardless of your location, upbringing, culture, race or any other factors. The things that might differ include:
This can be a tricky one. Not all partners want to know every bit of detail about what your body is going through or will be going through. This is up to you because you know your partner best, BUT I can give you a bit of a heads-up perhaps:
It is really not that bad, your partner is about to enter a world of baby pee, poo, spit-up, projectile vomiting and more. They might as well start somewhere!
